Been using Jones Ford service dept. for several years now. Only one complaint and it was resolved right away, no questions asked. Still use them today for my company work van, and wife's expedition. I usually bring my stuff in on a saturday morning, leave it there, and get it back the same afternoon.

Shaun is the only service writer a Jones IMO well Erin too. Shaun handles all my service needs on the F150 and even sometimes on the Blazer. The Blaze,r I have them do the wheel alignments and tire changes. Very fast service and compettively priced. :bigthumb:

I go there and BS with them. But have used them on doing alignments, tire replacements and other misc things where I do not have the setup to do.

Damn. Thanks, guys. Granted, I am biased because it's me and where I work, but I like to see posts recommending a place of business. Too much bashing goes on in the world today.
