I'm looking to buy a jacket and just seeing if anyone has one local they want get rid of, preferably a black jacket and pants and not a suit. I'm 6'1" and 215lbs so I'd say my fat ass will be an XL

damn lightweight!

You can pick up a new jacket for like $60....not a fire jacket, but a race jacket at least. Are you looking for your safety or to meet cert?

Let me check. I may have a jacket and pants I was given while waiting for my suit. What does the SFI rating need to be? That way I can make sure that the stuff will even be legal.

I'm not sure I was just going to buy one for safety. I'd rather not have a Ricky Bobby incident

I think clothing is good for 5 years after date stamped on tag. I think stuff like Wes would need is 3 years after date stamped..
