tire speed test.
When one wheel is pulling off the differential the wheel speed is multiplied, in most cases 2-1.
When he hit high gear, if his ring gear speed was at 125mph his wheel speed was at 250mph.
So boom!!!!!!!!
He could put a spare on and drive home. Just lots of cool air!
