I am looking for a late Datsun 240z. Early vintage. Just like the picture below. That body style.
I am looking on ebay and some other sites. But didn't know if anyone has seen any local for sale.

I would like one of those, too. Put a nice small block in it and run well without a lot of money.
A friend at work was talking about one running 4.99 with a small block.

Damn if it was already done.

ferk. Oh well. Guess I can still do one. Would still be less old 240's done than Lightnings and Mustangs.

Not the route I would take one. Not bad though. Too much strictly track.

I think I have seen that run at Low Country before.
I thought about one of these before I got the tbird. I found one for 1k but waited too long and it was gone.

The AMX would definately be a rare bird if you did that.
I like the 240Z, and always have. 20 something years ago there were V-8 conversion kits for those cars. I had a 71' 240Z back in the mid 80's (with the inline 6) that gave GT Mustangs all they could handle at Dorchester. I could leave them at the line if they couldn't launch.

I am looking more for a street car than a "drag car". That is to far to the extreme of what I am going to do. Want to be able to drive it on the street RAIN or shine.
Thanks though.
