Nice how does the two cars compare? 335xi vs m3

The 2 are very different. The 335 delivers all the torque in your face as soon as you gas it, the M3 builds all the way thru redline at 8300 RPM.

The 335 has great acceleration from the line but once your at highway speeds acceleration was there but not like the M3. M3 pulls real hard at highway speeds when you need to pass someone.

The interior of the M3 is leaps and bounds better then the 335's. the leather is higher quality and the sport seats envelop you and you feel like your firmly planted in place, the 335 seats have you sliding all over the place since they are kinda flat and hard. M3 feels like a fighter jet cockpit with all the buttons and is def a drivers car.

The 335 suspension is sport tuned and ride feels even harsher due to the standard run flat tires, and the road noise is crazy loud due to those tires as well. the M3 has Electronic Damping Control, which steplessly controls the shock absorbers to any level of firmness between their softest and firmest settings, precisely adapting to the road conditions and driverÔÇÖs demands at any given moment.


Finally, the M3 gets way more attention when on the road. You see BMW's everywhere, but M3's are pretty rare. I've only seen one other one since I acquired mine.

No. It used to be over at the Melcer's other location across Dorchester from Paramount Drive (behind the U-haul store), but they moved the building and pumps to the present location about 9-10 years ago.

Also, do not walk between the 2 bldgs, you will set off the motion sensor and alarm system...it says to leave the area and the cops have been called...we took off and came back 10 minutes later and it had shut off and no cops showed up. dont know if it actually contacts anyone or is just there to scare thieves away:confused:

Guy brought an M3 to Dorchester one night. I think it ran somewhere around a 7.6. Thing is fast straight from the factory. Nice cars.

That must be new in the last couple of years. LXtasy and I were there a while back, and took pics on the side of the building without any added drama from an overzealous (sp?) alarm system.
