Actually I do have some horrible coworkers who just wing everything and blame mistakes on other people. Sad thing they've been here for years and get away with it.

I wouldn't have recommended Matt to my TL to get transferred in here if he was one of those people :)

Welcome to corporate america! Actual knowledge of the job won't get you near as far as a half-ass hackjob employee that stays under the boss' desk.

The problem with large companies now is that management is scared to hire someone that actually has the talent to apply their knowledge and experience for fear of getting outperformed and booted out of their own jobs. They would rather keep the know-nothing ass kissers around just for the sake of keeping their own jobs safe.

No guys nothin like that. I have used them for years. Just the test was weird different questions that I have never seen or been asked. Oh well got a 78 on it. I guess thats not too bad.
