I have one, also am a tech/product testing and development for VzW for civilian work. Its a great smart phone! The only problem is the screens are produced by Samsung and they are limiting quantity to HTC for the Incredible. The screen itself is AMAZING though. By far best phone I have used thus far and that is on top of a loooonnggg list..
For your everyday "normal" use a class two card is perfect and in most cases will save you a good %%% of cash.
In case you havent already found the info here it is:
microSD™ memory card (SD 2.0 compatible)
Up to 32 GB card support. No pre-installed card.
SD 2.0 offers FAT32 formatting as well as a maximum capacity of 32GB - sizes of 4GB and above are not compatible with existing SD 1.0/1.1 standards. Any SD card that are 4GB and above in capacity will be dubbed SD High Capacity (SDHC), although the transfer rates of the new format maxes out at around 6-7MB/s.
Speed Class 2 guarantees a minimum transfer speed of 2 mega bytes per second (MB/s)
Speed Class 4 guarantees a minimum transfer speed of 4 MB/s
Speed Class 6 guarantees a minimum transfer speed of 6 MB/s.
Hope this helps..

thanks everyone...
im thinking of a 16gb sandisk class 4 . its 84 bucks compared to the 33$ to a class 2.
i just hope the Incredible will be able to take advantage of the increased speed read rates.
THANKS!!

Did you already get this phone? Now that I know iphone is not coming to Verizon, I am thinking about getting the incredible or waiting a month or two for the droid 2 coming out. I've had a clam shell type phone for many years so waiting a little bit longer for a smart phone isn't going to hurt.

The DROID 2 is a pretty spiffy smartphone. Got to play with it a bit last week and I am pretty impressed by it. The keyboard is so much easier to use as well. Only gripe is Motoblur user interface on it. They haven't decided if they are actually going to put it on or not so hopefully its a no.

I'm glad that the keyboard is better. The droid1 did not feel that great. I'm not sure which one to get. Software or hardware keyboard?

Even with the odd offset keyboard that the DROID has it is still faster/easier to pound out an email text or random forum response because of the hardware keyboard. In fact I am sending this over wifi on the Motorola while the HTC charges haha

There's a pic of just the keyboard. It is a lot better feeling and ya don't have to have your thumbs all off center as much as the orig.

Phone is backorderd till the 25th. i called verizon and said that date sounds about right.. i asked about cancelling my order, they say no can do, but i can refuse the order from fedex and get credited back.. makes no sense to me.. its not even made yet, and i cant cancel? hmmm.
Iphone 4 looks real good. the HD video and iMovie editing on the phone is what has me hooked. but if the service is still shitty, then its not worth it.
