im going to agree and i don't have kids but on average a girl looses their vcard at 13... that's crazy because i didn't start till 16... and even now that may have been early (mentally)

Harry, they do notify parents with the agreement form that this will be happening at the school. They just don't report to the parents if "their" particular child partook in the giving and counseling session that is required, to receive the condom.

I still dont believe that 1st-5th graders need to even be worried about this stuff. Maybe middle school on up, I've seen plenty of pregnant 7-8th graders out there, which is just disgusting. That was the same when I was in school. The principal could wear your ass out with a paddle and that was how it worked. Suspension, paddling or BOTH in some cases. My wife is a school teacher and I can tell you that the moral compass that exists in schools now is a direct reflection of school boards being afraid of getting sued. A majority of parents don't raise their children like most of us were raised; to have accountability for your actions. Now it is ALWAYS someone elses fault.
