wanted: older free laptops

i got one from a buddy, and mentioned giving it away to the kids in my (teenage) youth group at church, and the kids went crazy wanting one.

i was talking about it at work, and 2 more people are giving me thier old laptops.

i will re-format the hard drives if anyone on here has one to donate.

just figured i would ask, lots of people seem to have them laying around, and they aren't worth selling, and cost too much new to throw away,
so seems like a good use for them.

oh yeah, the guy who wanted it most, WON IT... he happy'r'n a pig'n pooh!


and, i guess we are taking all computers now..a girl at work gave me a dell work station with a smaller flat screen monitor, hope to have it formatted in time to give it away wednesday.

if you can't donate one, at least pray for our youth group. they are great kids.

John, i am told that eventhough you format the hard drive, still critical information is still on there.

The only way you can fully clean the hard drive is burn it. Thus destroys the PC.
