this sounds like it will be a super great race'
on s10racer.com they are talking about the upcoming race and they are getting more and more S10 drag racers signing up to come'''
i hope to have my S10 finished in time to make this race'
you do a great job to have a place for the drag racers to run at and i know its hard to run a track and you do all you can and more for everyone'

Its the 2nd annual one. We were asked by the site admin of that board to get it started for here. We are not the only one on that board that has ran at that track. Another guy who is ALOT faster raved about it and some others also. Majority on that board wanted it out of florida. They wanted either SC or GA.

I know the yellow truck (randy) is coming for sure in the 1st flyer.

Along with the blue skunk (tims truck right hand side 2nd flyer) and the flat black wheels up truck on 2nd flyer will be there also (travis).
Blue skunk is coming from PA. And there is a suppose to be a call bringing his bad ass blazer for AZ out to the event also.

I know the feeling. I've been waiting on parts since last January. But while waiting for them I keep finding more parts to order. :(

The Holiday Inn Express in Orangeburg is also giving a discount for the event. Security cameras in the parking lot too. Just mention S10 or S10nationals when making reservations.

I know locals may not want hotel rooms but for those that will be traveling in from parts unknown it is an added benefit.

The track hooks hard and the owner and the staff there are the greatest people you could ever meet and the food is also off the chain too.

Looks like your truck is in the garage. So wet weather has no bearing on the ability to work on it. Now the cold, well you can get a space heater. The weather hasn't prevented me from working on the Dime. ;) I'm doing a complete motor swap in two months start to finish. Granted its already set up for the v8 but going genII to GenIII(4.8 from a truck so don't get excited) the wiring has to be redone during this time. Many more differences between the two also. I'm not complaining. Be proactive not reactive. Take all the energy being used to wimp and whine about the dime and put it into making the build happen. It's more enjoyable that way for all. See you at the Nat's with my slow POS. :)

Hopefully they have a "Turtle" class for me.

I ran 4.90's there in the heat of summer last year on my dragbike with a 10" tire. That should tell you something about how well it hooks. Concrete surface, smooth as glass. Raymond has asked us to come be a filler at this event to allow you guys some extra cool down time.

Thanks Raymond and Ronald for having the s10 guys have this race there.We had a blast sat got second place in last man standing race, i hope somone got it on video and put it on youtube cause it sure was a good pass with the front wheels in the air way out past the 60foot mark.Someone let me know if it makes it there
