where is the best place to get a tattoo around here?

The wife and I have gotten most of our stuff at Hollys body canvas over off dorchester. She gets most of her piercings done at Hollys piercing shop off of trolley.

Elyse and Sarah both do great work, I went to high school with them.

Thomas did my last one and it turned out great.

Holly's Body Canvas like Rob said - Elyse did a great job on my last tattoo and her portfolio has a lot of awesome work in it. His came out nicely as well.

Or Margo at Blu Gorilla on Meeting Street. She's got some amazing work as well. Never have gotten one there because she's always booked up when I get the tattoo itch, but am friends with her and have seen a lot of her work.

I'd avoid House of Ink in Summerville - they screwed up one of my tattoos (heavy hand, the line blurred out), then tried to blame it on me. The one across the street from that by Holt Transmission in Summerville (Artistic something) did a friend's tattoo and I wasn't impressed at all with it.
