My sub/amp will make a big thump when I power on and power off. Anyone ever have this issue? The RCA's are good quality and the system is grounded at a seat bolt. I have heard of people using a remote wire delay. Anyone have any tips?

i have had the same problem before and i was grounded to a seat bolt. the problem ended up being the ground for me. the shop said seat bolts were not good grounds. i dunno seemed like a good spot to me, but when they changed the ground place it stopped.

Haha, the purple POS doesn't have a radio! I did drive it this weekend though. The 4.11's are fun.

Just sand it down where you grounded it the first time, get it nice and clean then it should work for ya.
