Personal freedoms end where mine begin. It's the families freedom to bury their son/daughter/dad/mother in peace and without disruption.

The 1st Amendment wasn't written to allow people the right to trample on others moment of sorrow (common sense). That's encroaching on others freedom..and their ass should be put on trial. If the courts won't do it, then don't be surprised when the majority wants to deal out a little "law and order".

Sadly...that corpse-humping Phelps will probably sue and win. That's just how retarded our judicial system has become. Everyone is a victim in their eyes, except the obvious victim. :roll:
