I was going to install my wires, but noticed that 5 of the 8 were either burnt to shit, cut, or just destroyed on the boot to the plug. I've never cut, stripped, or crimped plug wires, but this is the only tool I found that does over 8mm

It doesn't look self explanatory. Anyone have any experience with this?

You just put it in a vise and crimp it that way. First you strip the outer case off the wire then you fold the center back. Put the wire in the end then put it in the tool and crimp it in the vise.

It say's it strips as well, any truth to that?

I dont know. I haven't personally used that tool. Are you ordering a new set of wires? Most of the cut to fit Wire sets come with a crimping tool. The one they supply with the wire set is alittle different though. You put half of it in the vice then stick the wire on it and put the top half of the tool on it. Then you hit it with a hammer to crip it.

www.firecore50.com they will custom make a set to the lengths you need and ship them out in less than a week, not any more expensive than the cut to length either

I planned on just buying the boots, because I need all straight ones. Unless I find a whole set that is cut to fit with 45* for the coils and straight boots for the plugs for a little more money, that way I'll have some spares.

I JUST threw out a set of left over wires and wire ends. Its not very hard to do and its pretty self explanitory. The hardest part is sliding the wires threw the boots once you strip it... other than that its very simple.
