I watched a Nova almost do that at Dorchester back in the '90's. Luckily it didn't come over the rail but sure seemed like it was. Made made me start moving quickly. I think it rolling on it's side is what stopped it.

On a separate note....how many darn people can run down the track! I'm all for help but that was a little much.

That and it was like a minute into the video before I saw a staff member with a fire extinguisher... AND I never saw an ambulance. Did I miss it?
