evidentally the turbine wheel came apart and throught the turbine housing and went straight into the fuel cell that was right next to it. WTF!!!

I bet it was from an anti-lag box that made the turbine go.

yeah i think it was a little poor judgement! even if it had a plate between the 2 would of been better than they have now. id fire that fab man!
