Steve, I tried to call you twice the other day but you couldnt hear me but I could hear you. It happens alot thanks to crappy towers here I guess. Anyhow...in the process of getting the paperwork together to serve them eviction papers. They still have not paid rent and are still 150 shy of last months rent. I am broke because I paid two months of rent this month. I just love lending money in the thousands to strangers. My neighbor says her fence has mold all over it cause they have not cut the grass since they moved in still. Windows are busted out of the house also. My grandparents warned me about renters.
