I loved the nike APP when I was deployed I ran at least once a day while I was out there. I'm running the Marine Corps marathon this year, I am just starting my 6 mo training regiment for it this week!

During my training for the jacksonville marathon last year I put in just over 1,000 miles in 16 weeks. OGood luck training for the marine corps marathon. Its on my list of races to run!

I put more miles on a bicycle in a year than some people put on their cars! Running is for the birds.....I will run with minimalist shoes on a rubber track or in the grass, for 6 miles or so at a time,m but that's about it.....My knees tell me they don't want to retire early!

Did Project Mud yesterday, fun as hell but man I'm worn out.
