I've built 2v's....both can be done full built shortblocks for $4-5k and have the best of everything. now assuming the heads are alright and the supercharger, I dont see how it comes out to 10k when your doing your own work. Even if your not...i still dont see it getting past the 7k mark.

I would be willing to bet you that the link below is what will be in that truck when it's all said and done. $8,995. + shipping ++, and that doesn't take into account any "nic nacs" that it will take to finish the job, nor the tuning, nor the labor to install it, ect.... I don't think he will be replacing it with another "weak rod" stock block.

:lol: No, you're exactly right Larry. Oh you can definately build your own block cheaper,if your block isn't vented but we feel JDM is the way to go.It is alittle pricey,but you get what you pay for. Custom built to your specs,balanced,blueprintedand the tech help is great and besides were not really price shopping, because we have a money tree like Chris says :bigthumb:

I like the Saleen truck. Headlights look like the same headlights off the '07 FX2 sport . Only thing that I am iffy on (per internet pics) is the rear bumper. Don't know why.

I like the way it looks still undecided about its performance.

Yeah I read that too but I dont always beleive Manufacturers claims. The L's weigh 5000 # stock and it a regular cab. That truck has to weigh more. Plus those 23" wheels kill its performance. Not sure if all that is worth 60K+.
