Low timing will help a stock motor take a beating and survive for awhile.

i hooked the boost controller up today, did some quick pulls. 9psi at 3700 rpms and holds, its like getting hit from behind with a space shuttle, after that, im just along for the ride.. I let off at 90 mph because i felt the ass end start to try and come around on me. anyways. from 50-87mph i dropped 4 tenths from the wg spring. thats right, 4 tenths. 9's are so close, i can taste them!!!

His timing does drop tight after full boost, but that does seem a bit high when it hit full boost.
