post in this thread what kind of car you have then you will have to be placed behind those that have already raced.

make a callout in this thread. if you drive to the track you will be able to make a callout at the track.

AverageJoe 05-12-2010 08:29 PM

No callout

Also wondering if this is gonna happen this weekend? Looks like rain Sunday, so I wouldn't count on Dorchester.

Pesce Nero 05-12-2010 09:18 PM

Sunday the 23rd. Bowman. gates open at 3, racing 4 to 9

is everyone cool with this?

AverageJoe 05-12-2010 09:27 PM

Nope. Going out of town

LadyInRed 05-12-2010 09:35 PM

Sunday kind of sucks for us to go to a track 50 miles away. Do-able, but we probably wont be hanging around too late out there.

AverageJoe 05-12-2010 09:41 PM

If we are running on Sundays it should be at Dorchester.

LadyInRed 05-12-2010 10:14 PM

I concur.

I kind of agree, but only if Dorchester would start running by 5 P.M.

Anytime that I have been out there during the summer 7 is the normal time they start running.

Even if they start running at 5pm, there is no telling when we will get out of there. They always end up having a car break down and then two hours later and with the staging lanes FULL we might get to run. It's been taking us 2-4 hrs to get through the list twice, letting vehicles cool down and everything. I say stick with Bowmen, they're good people and I'd like to be done before 10pm.

Bowman had the track running 20 minutes after tyler slung gear oil all over it. they started cleaning it as kevin was shoving the axle back in. i was really impressed

BigdaddyDupree 05-12-2010 10:35 PM

i swear there was someone staging as we were pushing the truck up on the trailer. i was very impressed also. bowman has my business after how they treated me when i messed up the track. they even brought me my 60 foot time to my trailer

red99pony 05-12-2010 10:38 PM

bowman is a really long drive for a sunday, especially considering how early i have to go to work on monday.

did you plan on making a callout or are you just bitching to read yourself bitch

red99pony 05-12-2010 10:46 PM

really wasn't bitching, just having an opinion. i am taking my car to gearmesh tomorrow to see if we can figure out what is squealing under the hood. if i can find and fix it i was planning on making a callout. just didn't want to make one and not show. i like to be a man of my word, so if i make a call out i want to be able to show. that being said, there is no way i would risk driving all the way to bowman on a sunday and breaking down. i don't have a trailer or access to one either. maybe i am the only one but that is a hell of a long way for a tow. dorchester isn't near as far for me and the tow woudn't be as expensive.
