it will most likely be driven to the track since we do not have access to a trailer. but its obvious we are calling out #1 spot since that's all we can call out at this time. so when everyone is done beating up on poor #1 we'll take a go at it too.
So for the person who lose's the race, where do they get placed in the pecking order? Has anyone thought about that? :) I do not remember it being mentioned. For example if #8 calls out #5 and lose's the race, where would they be placed on the list?

i'm thinking one spot but it may be better to swap spots. i need to get the board from you and finish it. and work out different scenarios. if a guy just drops one spot, he may be beating the crap out of his car right down the list.

when did the "call out at the track can only be done if you drive" rule go in effect? I might have missed that

I always was under the impression that if you drove to the track you would be able to make an ADDITIONAL call out.

You need to come get the board, I'm about to start charging a storage fee.

There is alway's next month. There needs to be a limit to how many races a person has to do.

Are you talking about the 2 people who called out the # 4 spot? If you win you will not be racing them.

Other than the 1st race no one will know who is racing who.

I need to know if your calling out the #1 spot before I commit to my call out. If you don't officially make the call out, I'll stick with me calling out #1, but if you call out #1 spot, I am going to call out the #2 spot. I'm scared of the little red rocket:oops:

I'm thinking dropping 1 spot will be fine. Considering that out of the top 20 cars, 9 haven't made a call out. There will be enough gaps in the scenario that will help a car from dropping to much and beating up his car all day, and with the 8 spot call out from anyone outside the top ten will help too. Also, if a car has raced a few people and is losing every race, he could always just forfeit the next races and just drop the spots with out racing, if he choices that.

The new TDL is a lot more complicated than the old one. lol

Guys, at this time, the races will happen in the order they are currently posted. The highest ranked cars will race 1st. For example, if Dave beats #1 in the first race, 05Saleen would race Dave because he immediately moves in the #1 spot. Whoever loses that race would fall to #3 and will have to race blkscls1z. The winner of that race will be in the #3 spot and have to race 1998ta_1991rs. Bigdaddy the races #4 and Matt will race the winner. If Illusions makes an initial callout, his race against #1 would be the 1st race of the day because he's ranked higher than Dave. At this time he's made no callout. He should go ahead and make a callout now if he's going to be there to race for the spot. It's apparent he'll have to then race to keep that spot twice with Dave and 05Saleen also calling out #1.

Ray or Mike will modify the list of callouts. This will be fun once we are all at the track and if someone doesn't understand then we will explain it or tell them who they are racing. I'm sure there will be a snag or two along the way, but it'll be worked out. At least it will be more active than the old version of every other TDL I've seen.

Sooner or later you'll race it but its nothing special you know that. you'll probably win since we are the second slowest of the group. possibly the slowest if the "PRO MOD RACE TEGRA" beats us.

im kinda excited honestly. get some cars out that havent been out in a while and this makes people get off their ass and work on their cars where they can get that green light at the other end. should be a fun year.

I have been trying to follow this. But, it is kinda spread out. Do you win if your in the #1 spot or if you have the most wins. If it is the most wins, whats the point of being #1?

Harry, I am donating $100 bucks split up 3 ways. This is my money and I wanted it to go to something other then the #1 car. The #1 car gets everything else. I just wanted to make it worth while for all the cars to come out and have a good time, because after the FAST guys get to the top of the TDL, us SLOW guys in the top ten won't ever be able to get back up there or even come close to #1, so what's the point for us guys running slower then 7's or even 6's? The top dog is going to be someone that is in the 5.?? or pretty damn close to the 5's, for sure. Either way, it's gonna at least get my slow ass out to the track once a month.
