So what happened to this red coupe u had?

Bradleyrj 07-02-2012 10:03 AM

Sold / traded off, right in front of the Lightning, TBSS, and something else I think he had in between...

SBM... I think your next investment should be some tires bro. I think with the right tire (maybe need a wider rim) and making the suspension work with that convertor now its got way more in it n/a.

You're going to need a power adder Matt.

I traded it off when I got starry-eyed by a certain black TBSS. Epic fail but I'm coming back with a vengeance. :bigthumb:

I think it does have a little bit more in it, but eventually it becomes a mathematical equation how fast 357 hp can push 2900 lbs down the eighth. By the calculators I've used I'm already going quicker than I should be. As far as tires go I was able to stick it when I did proper burnout so they are getting it done for now . They definitely aren't gonna be sufficient on spray later on. I actually need rims AND tires on the car and that would drop alot of weight getting rid if these heavy street rims. I think im gonna ease off the track time until it cools down though. No point flogging it in this heat.

That means either you have less than 2900#'s or more than 357 hp but I wouldn't put much trust in dyno numbers or online calculators. :bigthumb:

Youre right. It may be a little lighter and making a little more power.
