Usually MR. Don is at the track and has available most types of leaded racing fuels . They are VP brand fuels and he sells it out of his trailer . If your looking for GT100 unleaded the Sunoco is Moncks Corner ( right before the tail race canal )has it at the pump . The pump is located right next to the hwy it's $6/ gallon . I've also heard a sunoco on Trolley road has it as well .

chrisheltra 10-03-2007 11:54 AM

Also the sonoco on college park and 26 has the gt-100.
Randy told me you can get 110 at the Pride gas station in goose creek across from the cadilac dealership on 52

Just so you know the Pride gas is leaded, the Sunoco gas is unleaded.

Side note: My ET Streets are in and getting mounted tomorrow, the bottle is full, so if we have good weather Sunday I'm all in!!!!

Mitch,

JDM runs a 100 shot on their trucks all the time. I don't think you want to put much more than that on the stock block. I think you would be able to get at least 8 passes with 1 regular bottle.

Bill, Daryl, and I all use the stock crank & block. That means they are the exact same as the one in your truck.

We do have upgraded rods and pistons though. I don't know of many stock blocks handling more than 150 shot of nitrous.

Ah well that makes a whole lot more sense. I guess I learn something new everyday. I would have thought a built motor would have had an agtermarket block and crank. Shows you what I know and what I have to learn.

(walks back to the drawing board)

I can tell we need a new word to describe "stock block". How about "Ford Assembled Long Block"?

Even though it is technically incorrect to say we don't have stock blocks we really know what you mean. Certainly Stock Block King sounds better than F.A.L.B. King.

But when your talking about how much nitrous the motor can handle, the "stock block" in our situation is a limiting factor.

wade w 10-03-2007 09:06 PM

I think stock long block is what youre looking for if you want to include the heads.
