Since we are on stupid laws like seat belts, window tint, and license tag lights, i got one. How about mopeds without insurance or tags, thats my peave. :cheers

I think DUI RIDES do need registration and insurance. I have seen a few mopeds do some damage to cars downtown. Plus majority of the people on mopeds already lost their license for one reason or another. It would be fair and just for them to have it IMO.
