Once I started carrying, I have become a lot less confrontational that I used to be. Things that would light my fuse and set me off into a well deserved verbal tirade upon the "dealer of dumbass" only gets a disgruntled WTF headshake from me now. On the other hand, if someone poses a threat to me for something I didn't start or escalate, and there is no alternative way to exit the situation, then it'll be time for "my leetle friend" to show itself.

I am a road cyclist, and have had to deal with idiot drivers in a similar fashon to this. You reap what you sew, so he got what he had coming......

this....it seemed like the dude had been trying to change lanes for a bit...

He was trying to keep the cyclist from passing between the cars. That is why he was so close to the other car. When the other car turned the cyclist passed him and he got pissed. Then when he turned into the cyclists lane the cyclist got pissed. Kind of a fuck me fuck you situation.

Carl, that's the problem cyclist often run into with these misinformed drivers who don't know the bike laws. We get told to "get on the sidewalk" on a daily basis, when infact, that is illegal, and we can and will get ticketed for that. I am a law abiding cyclist, but several cyclist I know are not. It goes both ways I guess....

That video is not even in the USA. Do you know his intended route? A cyclist can use the left lane when turning left even in South Carolina. He should not have been trying to ride between the cars. The car should not have been trying to cut off the cyclist. Two guys being dicks is what that is.

Almost every high school has a track. Take your bike there.

The motorist was getting pissed due to his envy of the bicyclist making better time through the stop and go traffic than he was.
