Couple passes
 

First off, I apologize about the video, I went there by myself and had to ask a bystander to video for me. But nonetheless, at least i have some vids and some room for improvement. For some reason the car rolled forward a little before launching probably driver error. Dont know if that tripped the light or not but the car still ran a 10.89 at 127 and i backed it up with another 10.89 pass 30 minutes later. Temp was 90 degrees, 18 inch drag radials, full weight, pump gas. Next time out will be on 15 inch rims with et drags, front runners, new intake system with cobra jet throttle body and open filter, 115 octane, race tune, and weight reduction. I am hoping for 10.5s or faster...oh yeah and did i mention COOLER weather!!!! Enjoy!

Its getting there, I just need a make some minor adjustments to get the 60 foot down, but the tune is spot on and that thing is riding out on the other end. I cant wait to get the first 130 mph time slip.

I couldnt afford a new shelby...god knows i want one...that guy frank with the black one is a nice guy and BEAUTIFUL car, but i TRIED and i emphasize TRIED to make mine as close to performance levels as them as possible within my budget.

Looks like im going to be able to go as of now. Just need to locate a trailer. I will be in race trim and 115 octane. So much easier to do all that at the house than to do it at the track. All i have to do is plug the tuner in and wait about 1 minute to switch it to the race tune...:mrgreen:

Sadly I did. Sold it to a good friend of mine, I loved it but I hunt too much to be driving a lowered truck with loud exhaust to justify keeping it. The good part is, is when he goes to the track I will still get to drive it!

That works out good! He should come out to the track day, so you can make some passes.
