Maybe looking for a new house
 

Im getting sick and tired of the domesticated hell of a neighborhood i live in. They're always bitching b/c i have more than 2 cars in my driveway. I cant play with my dog without her being on a leash, and i know all hell is going to break loose when i start driving my trans am. im wanting somthing not in a neighborhood, a little land, and maybe a spot for a shop, and in the $225,000-$250,000 range or less.

wheres a good place to start looking, ive been searching around the summerville area

only problem with summerville or knightsville is you leave for work when its dark, you get home from work when its dark... looked in ravenel or on johns island yet?

too far away from work for me, thats why i was thinking summerville/ladson area

nikki and kirby will fit right in....

Maybe somewhere off of the 61/165 area would work for you.

Its nice out here, but its growin fast as hell.
We still own close to 100 acres here and there so its all gravy

ive been talking to my parents about it for a while

or u could move in a neighborhood like mine, nothing fancy. I got a decent size two car shop in the back, and no rules and no bitchy neighbors

I too have been looking in s'ville and ladson area. TONS of houses for sale there. ACT quick. lol If you have kids in public school than pay attention to that. But we are not putting our daughter into public school so it doesn't matter to much to us.

In the Creek son! Right across from BINGO! Not bad at all, and me, Bobby, and Michelle's cars are kinda loud and never had a complaint.

But, out hur in the burg you can drive a 87 POS 302 ranger around on open headers and not get in trouble :finger::bigthumb:

Is that right behind the old Mcdonalds? If so Billy and Joe used to live there Zac, We have gotten pretty crazy and loud there with no complaints... Billy's old house had a nice two car garage in the back also... lol I wonder if Bobby is living in it.

If you're looking for that ^ than this is not where you want to go. It's nice but the HOA is crazy about their covenants.


If you want some decent land and not be too far off the path you should look into somewhere out off 61 or maybe out by that Cainebay highschool. There's a lot of good homes with a bit of land out past where 17 and 176 cross.
