Lightning / Truck meet?

Anyone want to get some lightnings together sometime? Let's see how many people in the Charleston area are interested. Let us know what days/nights are best for you and we'll try to set it up the best we can. Do we want a track day? Meeting? Dyno Day?
Cars are welcome, too.

Read the title..... I put the " / Truck Meet" part in just for you. I also added cars are welcome, but I would like to see how many Lightnings we can get in one spot, in Charleston, at one time. The more muscle cars, the better.

LXtasy 01-19-2007 12:31 AM

I have a "mini truck" with a big heart. LOL

There was 2 tonight in goosecreek at JB SMOKESHACK!

Mike 01-19-2007 12:39 AM

Sounds like a good idea Larry

My schedule is:
On call 24X7......Hard to plan stuff, but weekdays/nights are normally good for me.

To Do:
I'd like to add to your list of possible to-do's. Spend a day modding. One person working on their truck by them selves sometimes sucks. Get a few people lending a hand or even standing around B.S.'ing really makes a difference.

That's cool. Any suggestions are great. I can stand around and BS with the best of you.

Ka-Chow 01-30-2007 05:07 PM

Whaler 01-30-2007 09:14 PM

Morey, Heres one for you. Mike and I know a little about this one. The guy who owns it bought the one that ran 9.74 in the 1/4 in the video I posted. This truck is real nice.

chrisheltra 01-30-2007 09:27 PM

slow94 01-31-2007 06:18 PM

I'm in for a meet if ya'll will let the slow ones in :D

LXtasy 01-31-2007 07:03 PM

Does it have to be a ford truck? Does it have to be fast? Do you have to see daylight underneath it?

Mike 01-31-2007 07:58 PM

Derek,

Speed is relative. All of us are slow. :D

BTW I've seen you like 4 times in the last 2 days on HWY 52. Your truck looks killer. It's becoming one of my favorite trucks.

Hal,

Just because I'm not into low riders doesn't mean I don't respect what some of them do. Your more than welcome as long as you don't scrape up my driveway :D

LXtasy 01-31-2007 08:47 PM

LOWRIDERS: Wire wheels, hydrolics, crushed velvet interiors, any overdoe gold accent anywhere.

LXtasy 02-01-2007 05:34 PM

Oh I know what you like. The vehicle I am getting I don't really want to go fast. Just look decent sitting still. lol

Different direction for this time. Might change in 3 months ya know. I want something I can cut and hack on. Do some stuff to a vehicle that I couldnt do when I was 16 and no money. Filling an open void I left with my first vehicle.

chrisheltra 02-01-2007 06:16 PM

These are cool too
