Change of plans on headin to Midway. Now going to Carolina on Sunday. Supossed to be a big grudge run there, and Bad Bob is gonna try and see if the Busa can get into the 6s in the 1/8th mile! :finger:

Whats the deal on the big grudge run? Who's running?

IVE BEEN TOLD that Marlin and Del are supossed to run. 1/4 mile, Marlin gets to move.

Wes, any input on this being true or not? I got my buddy callin Marlin tomorrow to see what the deal is.

Which car will Del be in? My uncle grew up with Del so I will ask what the deal is tomorrow.

if you are going to bet- bet that Del wins and then also side bet that Marlon doesn't make the trip. i wouldn't bet any gaps, if they both make the trip it will be a close race. i might would take a 10-1 that Marlon wrecks. i would also take a bet that Marlon punks out.

That's my grudge racing bet advise for the day.

I am going to be at Twiggs, so i won't be there to bet, but if i was- this is how i would bet:

Main pot: $500 on Del winning
Side: $100 Marlon doesn't get down clean
Odds: $20 at 10-1 that Marlon wrecks

Let's see how i would do.....

I thought Del sold that grey and black monte carlo? I saw it on Racingjunk.com for sale last year as an roller, then a couple months later I saw someone else with the car at orangeburg dragstrip.

no del got the grey and black monte carlo back about a month or two ago. and del is running marlon in the quarter. hope that clears it up

Well be leaving around 11...track opens at 1. We will probably stop to eat, then head out again. Should be there around 130ish.
