Sonics West Ashley????
 

I spoke to Mike and we were wondering if some of you would like to meet up and cruise over the the Sonics off of the Glen McConnell / Hwy 61 Connector on Thursday 5/17? This place is usually not packed and there is plenty of room to "play" in front it. Mike said that maybe you guys could meet at around 6:45 at the Strobel Tire store on Hwy 52 and cruise on over.

hmm a cruise. I will have to check to see if I can get a kitchen pass.

I'll be there, Larry. Just wanted to confirm where and when to meet, as I am not very clear on the location of the West Ashley Sonic.

Directions are easy to get there. Take I-526, go across the Ashley River and make your next right (Hwy 61 / Glen McConnell Pkwy). Follow about 2 miles to your 2nd traffic light (you will see Sonic on right about 100 yards before this light) and make a right, then an immediate right onto Shelby Ray Ct. Follow to end.

Morey PLEASE consider this. This is not a Democracy or a Dictatorship. If you dont feel like going, dont. Personally I will not be there for other reasons. There were better ways to handle this . Just like there were better ways for me to handle what happened with Mitch and I. I've learned my lesson and continue to grow from learning from my mistakes. We were all brought here to share a common intrest FAST CARS OR TRUCKS & RACINGits not about the food or hang out place its about the cars and racing just my .02 please dont :flame: I'm just trying to moderate.

Man I hate to see bad blood over something like this. I took it as "let's try something different". There may be more to the story but that's what I thought when I read it.

I'm all for the majority of meets being in Goose Creek......I live there too. If I get to dayshift you guys will see me there. I'm not against mixing it up sometimes and going somewhere else. Heck it could be fun to go to Frankies some night as a group and get kicked off the carts. Just an idea....

As far as Sonic's goes. No more will be said on that matter. If you want to come. You know where it is. You want to do something else. Fine. There are people that go there, that is not part of this forum. No hard feeling on anyone. :D

I am sure for the movie it probably was an RS. But yea, I like the gsx, in HS I wanted to get a gsx spyder. I thought they looked cool and were fast for a 4cylinder. But little did I know they can actually run pretty good

i didnt think the gsx came in convertable. I thought that was the gst.
