First Race of the Year
 

After a long long wait, long long build, etc, I am finally packing up for the first ORSCA EZ Street race with the hot rod. I am feeling pretty good about it too. We are pulling out headed to Montgomery, AL around 8am tomorrow morning. I will try to keep ya'll updated as the weekend progresses, or I will text someone who can post up how we are doing.

Take vids if possible.

Pulling out early in the morning. Thanks for the good luck wishes, it appears we are going to need it. Had a little incident between the front bumper and the four wheeler today loading up. Car will be at body shop getting a little touch up Monday!

Good morning!

Well, needless to say, I didn't get much sleep last night. I am pumped about today. We were the fastest EZ Street car in the house last night. I plan on breaking the EZ mph world record on my first qualifying pass today. The 4.90 was also only 5 hundreths off the ET World Record for EZ Street.

There are already some competitors crying a little about how fast we went, so I don't think I will turn it up any more today. Probably put it on cruise control and tell them to come get some.

BTW- the new 295 radial is a bad dude. 1.22 60' and still have some left.

Then, I guess they needed to build faster cars. As long as you are within the rules, kick some ass!

I will be making some passes on my 295s today. May I can get close to your 60ft. Sure can't get close to the other numbers.
