Dipstick. Looks like the driver was prepped to hit some stuff anyway. After all, I have seen people tape up the front corners-but the entire nose? How many cones you planning to hit?

I dont think that was tape. I think that was another front end off of a black car. Im thinking this isnt the first time he has hit something.
