I got through the whole thing. Hell the first two minutes is talking. Interesting to say the least. Learn something new everyday.

I win, I saw the whole thing. I probably can now perform the procedure for you if you ever need it.

When I was younger both of my big toes had gotten ingrown. I fully understand what they mean about procedures not working. The last time I saw a doctor for it he put the needle for the anesthetic into the infected area before the rest was numbed up to help ease the pain of a needle going into that area. I had been laying back, but when that happened I was intent on hitting the guy. Needless to say I refused to let him touch it anymore. My parents and I were talking to a nurse one day that said most of the infection causing the bulge and leakage is from a toe nail rough edge that rubs against the skin and causes the irritation. She suggested putting cotton from a qtip or ball as a barrier so that as you body processes out the infection, with antibiotics of course, the swelling and irritation would be lessened together and allow the toe nail to naturally grow out. In the end the process worked on both and when they both grew out fully the nail could be trimmed across evenly. This worked the first time which the outpatient surgeries just did not and today you would never know there was ever a problem. Sometimes the nurses know more than the doctors. :bigthumb:

Didn't watch the vid. I've had in-growns on both of my big toes and it was nothing like the picture of that vid shows. WTF? That must have been an extreme case.

Go watch a video on inguinal hernia repair. After I had mine done, I watched a video to see what they did to me...bad idea.

The girlfriend and I watched the whole thing. Would have been worse if it were infected or something..

Watched the whole thing. Nbd, did that to myself (when I was in high school) on a smaller scale.
