Good rearend for the TA. easily as strong or stronger than a 12 bolt, cheaper then a 9 inch..:bigthumb:

by the time i buy the brackets, fab the torque arm mount, do 9" ends, and buy axles, ill be cheaper just buying a 9" and itll be a lot less work

Shawn has all the fab work under control, just go get him lunch when he gets hungry, sit back and watch..:bigthumb:

Chop the axle tubes off a F body 10 bolt and weld them on the 8.8. Then fab the torque ARM mount using some 1/4 inch steel plate and 1/2" tube. There are a couple good threads on tech showing the torque mount. You will probably have 8-12 hrs into the fab work which is still cheaper than a 2500 plus 12 bolt, Dana, or 9".

you can only go 33 spline on 10 bolt tubes

and i can build a 9" with a spool, 35's, etc for around $1600
