How big is the garage?

Haven't measured it but it's not huge. The SRT-4 was able to park in there but not a ton of room to spare. It has a work bench and cabinets that could be removed if you really wanted extra space.

Your house looks alot like mine in GA. Wish it had a bigger garage!

If I had the extra credit right now Id buy it in a heart beat. Thats 850-1000 a month in rent.

Might could go more than that. Big time college renting area for CSU students...

I've had several people ask me about rent. I'm pretty confident it would go for 1000-1200 pretty easily.

Just dropped the price to 125k, had over 15 showings so far but not under contract yet.

What time of day are you free to show? Wife and I like it based on the pics. Currently out of town until Saturday but I work all day sat and Sunday...
