Pics... So STFU (56K-go make a sammich)

Went out and took a few pics of the Mustang today. Figured it would be nice to have some "pre-modded" photos.

Nice shots. All the pallets stacked up against the walls the same when I took the red truck back there. Nice different settings back there to choose from.

Like the sig pic. Your next mod is mudflaps right?

79bluebird 01-04-2009 05:12 PM

I figured I would put the mud tires on it first. After all, it has that "4x4 stance". Then, I will put the push bar and KC lights on it. :hysterical:
Seriously, though, the Eibach Pro-Kit is in the trunk. Will be going on sometime this week.

LXtasy 01-04-2009 05:25 PM

Hey, thats what all the cool kids are doing these days. Riding around with the mods in the back of the vehicle instead of being installed. :lmao:

79bluebird 01-04-2009 05:31 PM

or sitting in the garage like someones turbo.

LXtasy 01-04-2009 05:32 PM

Yea, I have been meaning to come by and pick it up.

Slowleen 01-04-2009 05:38 PM

nice car shaun...has the stance of a stock f150 though lol

79bluebird 01-04-2009 05:48 PM

i dont think you could fit it under that hood

05Saleen 01-04-2009 06:39 PM

Nice Shawn! Going to put the Boss stripes on it?

clubracergt1 01-04-2009 06:54 PM

Thanks, Morey. No boss stripes for this one. I just don't think they fit with the shape of the car. Planning on redoing the side stripe, adding the decal on the hood ahead of the scoop, "blacking out" the tails, adding a 3rd brake lamp cover, and-maybe-filling in the lettering on the bumper. Planning to do the stripes and hood in a very dark charcoal. Kind of like the alloy color on the GT500's. Also want to get different rims, a 95 R style hood and the Steeda rear wing (like you have). That will be it for the appearance mods. Will very likely work on making it faster/handle better first. Stickers, hoods, and stuff don't make the car any quicker on a road course; so the suspension must come first.

Adhesive remover is a non-issue. We have that at work. But... Tell us more about this He-Man Women Haters Club. (Now, is that a Little Rascals or REO Speedwagon reference?) Not that I hate women; but more places to cause trouble are always fun.

79bluebird 01-04-2009 11:06 PM

Extreme... not REO. One of the best guitar solos out there IMO.

And the car looks good. Its not to often anymore you see a car with stock springs. Amazing how high those things set in stock form.

Actually, the tails will be "tinted" with vinyl. Saw pics of Sr.'s 02 GT. Look tinted, but no loss of lighting performance. Thanks for the offer, though.

And that would be why it is getting lowered. Not a ton, though. I believe the Pro Kit only drops the car about 1.5".

clubracergt1 01-05-2009 02:08 PM

Well, she's in the shop now getting the trans fixed (pops out of 2nd); fixed as long as the warranty ok's it. The Eibachs are also going on it. I will post the after pics as soon as I can take some.

Yea, buy the "tail light tint" off of ebay. Its lke 10 bucks, looks great and your lights are still bright.

LXtasy 01-05-2009 11:04 PM

VHT nightshades is what you are referring to right?

Mine on the black truck is the black paint/clear method.

What shaun is talking about is a million honeycombs cut out and just the outlines on it.

79bluebird 01-05-2009 11:48 PM

paint is the way to go
