On exterior sheetmetal....

Has anyone here tackled such a task without warping the body? Does anybody have a welder possibly with nitrogen/gas setup that would lend a hand? Not much to weld up. Just the size of a tailgate handle that is all. I appreciate it.

How much would you charge to do it? How much to rent it at your place?
