Track Rental at Darlington
 

I contacted Darlington Dragway today about a track rental. Is anyone interested?

I need to get an idea of how many people I can get before all the final pricing details are worked out. It would be something like what the SVT cobra club does, but will most likely cost more per vehicle since we'd have trouble coming up with the same number of participants.

I'm thinking sometime in May, or if we can't get enough people then, sometime in the fall.

It will be cheaper to run only 1 lane, if that is something you guys could handle. Depending on how many people we get pricing will be between 75-125 dollars per person, with 15-25 people.

I talked to Kenny, Lurch, and slow04 today, and all of them seemed interested. Kenny said he may know 2-3 more people. I'm going to go ahead and start a list. I'd like to have at least 15 people.

I want to race but can't afford slicks and wheels right now, I might come and watch and help out. I have a friend with a hayabusa that wants to come, his name is Wendell.

You might want to drum up some interest at NLOC, SVTP, LR and the various Stang sites. Just my .02
