lightning 2g spark plugs

i have a ford lightning 2nd generation and was wondering what plugs you guys use. thanks

NGK tr6's if modded..stock plugs are fine if not..

you'll find that all of us use NGK tr6's gapped at 34-32 for mild boltons, 28-26 for a bunch of boost.
