finally finding their way into drag racing. parts for these engines are dirt cheap all over ebay. it sure is pretty

Do they work okay? I would think that the powerband might ba a little messed up for drag racing. Of course, I suppose that an engine for the right style track would work ok. A road course or short track engine would be fine as they seem to run in a bit wider range, but a speedway motor might suck as it only has to make power from about 7500-9000 revs. Definately an interesting way to pick up a stout unit at, what I would suspect-if used, a reasonable price.

well, for a street car, probably not unless you like driving around with 5-6 something gears in the car. but over 800 hp is possible, you just need to spin it

878 HP @ 9,000 and 546 Tq @ 7,600. his converter was built to flash at 8200:eek2:
