Poison Ivy Sucks!
 

Got it about 3 weeks ago. I thought it was just about gone, so I went out to work in the yard some more. I went back out to work in the yard last week and it's back, worse than before. I haven't had it in 20-30 years, and I'm outside all the time. I start on steroids tomorrow morning. I hope it works.

Sorry to hear that Poison Ivy does suck. I used to alway take oatmeal baths ( you can buy it a the drug store) and use lots of benedril.

Fortunate enough to have never had it. But I will let you tell me how it is. :wink:

I'm alergic to it, and have had it about 19999999999,0000000 times (I loved the woods when I was a kid) only 3 things really work Caladryl, Oatmeal (on your skin) and bathe in vinnegar (yes take a bath in it it burns like hell)

Be a real man and rub it on your nuts

Already did that. It still hurts.

I bet your wife was happy with that one when she got her ass rash from it being on your nuts......... thats if your nuts hang low

I spent most of my time in the woods until I moved away from Pennsylvania. Either I never got into it or never had a reaction. I guess I was lucky.

Any idea where you got it?

Jay, I live next to some woods and was cutting the Ivy off of my fence. I have worked in the woods and shrubs for years, and all of a sudden, now I've become allergic to it. Go figure.

Just wait till you guys get old. You won't be ten feet tall and bullet proof anymore, especially Ka Chow.

I dont have to wait to get old to be allergic like a MOFO to Poison Ivy. That shit sucks

Well there is always alcohol. It can make you feel young again and invincible again.......until the next morning. Then you think "how in the hell did I use to go out until 5AM and show up to work at 7".

The staying out until 5 and at work by 7 hasn't happened in 20 years. If it does, I'll be no good for two days.
