As sunburned and tired as I am from yesterday's AX, I still plan on going to this one.

As long as business does not take a dump, I will be attending as well. Maybe we can set up a CHP cruise?

///Mcompact 09-29-2009 09:29 AM

I would cruise down, but I go waaay to early for any sane person (graveshifter). For something like Roebling...I'll probably leave the house no later than 0430L because I love the peacefulness of driving with no traffic and because I have swap my tires out.

I was at the CHS before the SCCA van showed up (~0500L)...just sitting there meditating and redistributing my Chi in the dark.:bob

Yes..I'm a very spiritual person per se...

That's fine. I like to leave early, as well. I will know Friday if I am going or not.

ill be there! probably just watching though.

Unfortunately, it looks like I will be sitting this one out. I need to save my pennies, if I am going to spend the entire weekend in Greer for the next SC region event. Let us all know how it goes and good luck to all who plan on running tomorrow.

BTW..it was a good event..probably the most fun I've had. Definitely rank it #1 over the Michelin Autox.

If you can only go to one AutoX a year..do this one with the Buccaneer/Coastal Empire region. Well worth it.

Thanks for making me feel bad, Kiley.

By the way-WTF is up with the Taurus in your avatar and sig?

Well..you never know with these unknown sites and clubs. I honestly thought they would choke down the course pretty bad, but I was in 3rd gear for over half of it. Paul showed up, took pictures and almost got clipped by some cars going off course. Actually..this one dude was about 3 ft from getting cut in half. It was crazy out there.

The andersen event sounded like it was gonna be a good one...but it was a complete dud. I almost left before it started the way it was organized. Even with rain, standing water on the course and AWD, it still wasn't fun.

Also went to the O-burg event in between those two..ehh..it was alright.
