Car trailer

I'm looking to buy one. Anyone know where there is a trailer dealer or is there anyone selling one?

Illusions 03-18-2010 12:55 PM

There's a guy on Cross County Road that is suppose to have good prices. I haven't checked them out to be sure though. Just going by what I've been told

Bubbas on 17-A? Do they sell car trailers?

ASkipper 03-18-2010 01:29 PM

There are a few places around my area but that may be far for you to drive.

I called them and they don't have any available. They said they are trying to sell what's on the lot before they order any more. Just to ship one it would be an additional $300. It doesn't sound like they are doing too good.

There is also a place on the right hand side of Cross County heading towards Dorchester Rd. that sells trailers I believe.

Illusions 03-18-2010 05:23 PM

i'm with Bob.

i would go see John Goff, and tell him you want to spend $1500, and he will have one built to your specs and shipped here for free.

takes a week or two, IIRC

he's good people.

Whichever is in the price range.

Thanks for the suggestions BTW. I'll be calling around tomorrow

chrisheltra 03-18-2010 08:55 PM

Metal is stronger but man that stuff gets slick as owl shit if it gets any moister on it.

BigdaddyDupree 03-18-2010 09:08 PM

i had a metal trailer built for what i wanted. i ended up paying 2500 but it was well worth it for a heavy duty 20 foot all steel car trailer with a place on the front so i could hook my ramps to load my four wheeler when going to the track. Bubbas is high. they wanted that for a 15 foot trailer with runners.
