It doesn't take one too long to go automatic after going through a few high end clutch setups and still not matching the durability/longevity of a performance automatic.

It is much easier and cheaper to change transmission fluid on a preventative maintenance regimen vs. a high end clutch replacement once or twice a season.

There's nothing wrong with the clutch, Billy is just being an ass...

Actually Gerald, the new clutch and master cylinder feels great. The shifts were easy at wot even though it still feels notchy in the street. I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks.

Congrats on finding a clutch combo that works for your setup. Sounds like it has be a long search for you. Good thing about forums is that you can avoid doing something someone else has already tried. Of course, sometimes you are the guy that is doing the R&D. A lot of guys get discouraged after not finding a successful setup after a couple of attempts at it----$$$$$$. Usually by this point, they say F-it, and go automatic.
