Anybody work on or know anyone that works on electronics? Ive got a samsung home theater system. Fucking thing is only a year old and was only used ~30 times last year. Now its in some kind of "protect" mode. From what ive read its a bad internal amplifier.

I paid 150 for it and samsung wants 160 to fix it. :poke: Id hate to have to throw this turd away and buy something new.

Help? Its a HT-Z310

Open it up and see if you can find any burn marks on the top and bottom sides of any of the circuit boards.

Ya that link is pretty much what i read, took all of the speakers off and it still goes into protect mode. I guess i crack it open and see what i can find.
