Picked up a new ride this weekend

2002 DSG Harley Davidson
Stock as stock can be
53k miles

Went to TN to get it this weekend. Got a good deal, under blue book. Mods? Id like to start off with a lightning style exhaust and a jlp cold air then tune. I got to fix a few things. The driver side mirror glass is cracked and the front window tint is cheap and discolored.

what's the MPG on those?

when I had my 4x4 Cummins, the wife hated climbing in & out of it.
it got ~17mpg.

buddy had one of these, it got 12mpg.

he was always trying to trade me.

that looks nice

Haha...mpg. After the 700+ miles yesterday i was averaging maybe 14. But thats running 80+ alot. Trying to out run that storm. I think her name is gonna be GAS HOG.

Nice!

I dunno if I'd recomend the JLP cold air, some people say its really cheap and falls apart on them.

The JLT, AEM, C&L, Airforce1, and a few other's seem to be more desired.

I had a C&L Maf and true flow pipe on my mustang I had. Nice product and good pricing. I would buy from them again.

Dang, that sounded like an ebay feedback :D

Randy(Dolsvt00) has all the research you need floating around between his ears.

Dad was there and witnessed this. This was the trip to jacksonville and back. Almost made it back to the house but had to fill up to be safe

486 miles on almost 17.5 gallons. That was with the 20's and not considering my odometer reads a hair slower. Ok, so I rounded up .3 mpg

dkbmxer002 01-10-2011 05:42 PM

nice! congrats
