260 knots = 299.2 mph

Pretty damn fast for a helicopter.

most people assume the Apache is our fastest but our Chinooks are apparently capable of speeds higher than what they claim lol. still not as fast as that though!

Sikorsky is about 20 miles from my house. I get to see some real cool stuff. I have not had the pleasure of seeing this being tested yet.
