??? about a picture

There is a pic in the newest GM High Tech Performance mag in the readers ride section that looks to be from Charleston. It is of a Blue 05 GTO and looks to have the Cooper River Bridge in the background. Is that anybody from Charleston or am I wrong? If so are they on here?

What are the mods? It might be Jeff from V8muscle.net, I know he sold the car, but its still in SC.

Edit - Forgot about the local TT GTO. I bet it is him.

There is a bridge very similar to the Ravenel Bridge in Boston.

I saw a black 04 turbo gto for sale awhile ago. It could also be the blue lsx block(idk the cubes) nitrous gto in charleston.

It was a Blue GTO said the guy was a Marine and that when he got back he was gonna put a 408 in it with 200hp of N2O. It had black powder coated wheels on it. I will try to get a pic of it up.
