Do we have to pre register? or pay when we get there? I see there's a pre-registration discount but I think it only applies to members or former attendees.

If you have never attended, pre-registration will save you $5 and a bit of time in line going in.

Driveshaft loop if you run slicks. For your own safety.

So they dont require it its just for your own safety and insurance?

Requirements: Driveshaft loop and Cranium Protector.

I guess I better look into a DS or Im not racing.

they havent ever checked mine for a loop. but i got one, they dont tech in cars either. nothing like a nhra track does. hell, you can race in flips,shorts and a tank top if you want there...lol

Ive been there with alot of different cars and they have never said anything to me about a driveshaft loop. they are having test and tune that night after the SVT event. I might bring the chevelle if I can get a cage in by then. I ran my S-10 there on slicks. It went 11.70s and it did not have a loop.

Still nice to have safety items though.
